Langlands offer bed and breakfast accommodation with friendly
Scottish hospitality in the heart of Dumfries.
The interior of the house is decorated in a modern style,
and all rooms have colour TV/DVD players, and tea and coffee
facilities.The guest lounge which doubles as a dining room
also has TV / DVD player; there is also a fridge and a microwave
for guests' use.
The rear garden has been recently landscaped and now consists
of a summer house and decking to either side.
The front of the house overlooks the River Nith and fields,
which gives you the best of both worlds, a taste of the country
and within 5 minutes walk to the town centre and Dumfries Railway
Station.

From the North [Glasgow]
- A74 turn off at juction 15. Take the A701towards Dumfries.
Straight through Locharbriggs, Staying on the A701 go straight
over 2 roundabouts you will then come to a mini roundabout,
take the road to right , sign posted Dumfries Town Centre
, continue for half a mile, then you will see a sign for
Gracefield Art Centre.After that we are about 200 metres
on left hand side of the road.[Second last house before traffic
lights]
From the South
- M6 turn off at juction 22. Take the A75 towards Dumfries.Stay
on the A75 for approx 23miles. Look for the Travel Lodge
on the right hand side just as you come into Dumfries,Turn
right at the roundabout on to the By-pass, straight over
next roundabout, turn left at next roundabout on to the A701,
continue until mini round. {as above from sign post Dumfries

From Dumfries Train station
- Turn right when you come out of Dumfries Railway Station.
On to Lovers Walk. go to the end of the road [traffic lights]Turn
right we are the second house on the right . approx 3 - 5
mins walk.
